The Corporation is formed for the charitable purpose of aiding persons living in Urban communities, with a focus on the Bronx communities. We aid the individuals in need of moral support at their lowest time, The Corporation will maintain a positive path to hope, and determination to continue moving forward. We focus on the Bronx community, the hungry and homeless. We will bring awareness of community issues that needs attention, such as the homeless and the well-being of our children in the communities of the Bronx, in New York.
Our Bronx individuals may benefit from food clothing, the poor and needy, single parents in shelters and referrals to organizations that provide help. We are helping to bring awareness to local issues affecting the Bronx, such as cancer, diabetes, leukemia, and other disease focusing on “Kidneys disease in the Bronx. Keeping our children involved. This will help the community maintain the well-being and awareness to our community.

Victorious Warriors III., Inc. we saved the teens in our community by providing a beautiful care package, by donating sanitary napkins, lotions, acne creams, face creams, perfume, and shaving creams, shaver, Brusher, floss, hair supply, hair ties etc. and help bring a smile to a family in need.
Our fund raising goal for 2017 was to bring a little bit of happiness to families in need.

The midnight runs mission take place once a month, did you know that it’s estimated that approximately 3.5 million people in the United States, 1.35 million of them children (nearly 40%), are likely to experience homelessness this year. In addition, incidence of homelessness has increased dramatically (by a factor of two to three) over the past 20 years, and these numbers are only going to get larger as time goes on when economic pressure, job loss, and the rising cost of living are factored in. People experiencing homelessness need a voice. That voice is us.
